Think tank Civic Ventures has identified a growing portion of the aging baby boomer population wanting to engage in social entrepreneurship. Using the various skills they have acquired over the years through their careers these people wish to embark on socially beneficial endeavors with a solid “moral compass” in mind. This is proof that older baby boomers are not stuck in their ways and are open to knew ideas and innovations.
